COVID - 19 update:
RKY Camp's administrative offices are located in the Kingston YMCA, which is closed until 6th.
As a result, we will be suspending administrative services associated with online registrations and scheduled fee payments. If the closure is extended, our scheduled payments will be delayed and families will be notified of the new payment dates.
Please note that all of our programs including summer camp require an additional camper information form should you choose the online registration option. You will receive these forms VIA email from our registrar once the online registration has been processed, but you can click on any of the camp links below to find the documents you need.
RKY Camp is committed to providing summer camp and outdoor experiences to all youth regardless of financial circumstances. In 2019, we assisted 66 individuals through various RKY Camp programs. Financial Assistance is available for all overnight summer programs and many year-round outdoor centre programs. Levels of assistance are based on need and differ depending on family circumstance. To apply for financial assistance please fill out a 2020 Financial Assistance form and a 2020 Registration Form for whichever program you would like.

Camp fees can be paid by cash, cheque, Visa, or MasterCard (we do not accept Visa Debit, Master Debit or American Express cards). Please note that all registrations must be accompanied by a 10% non-refundable deposit on the program fee to hold your spot. Please see the terms and conditions outlined in the registration form. We understand that sometimes flexibility in payment terms can help families afford to pay for camp. We are happy to accommodate and arrange a suitable payment plan that fits both our policies and your budget. Please contact our winter office to arrange payment plans.
We accept Canadian and US funds (at the exchange rate at time of transaction).
Your first registration is full fee, a sibling discount of $50.00 per additional child is available to families who register more than one child.
