RKY has in place extensive trainings and support structures to insure the adherence to this commitment. Further, any actions by a staff member that contradict our anti violence and harassment policies (in line with Bill 168 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act) will result in the immediate removal from the work environment and RKY property pending the result a third party investigation.
