RKY Camp has a strong tradition of hiring qualified and committed staff members.
All of our staff participate in many training opportunities to prepare them to deliver the highest quality of programming. RKY Camp prides itself in hiring qualified and experienced counsellors who care about our participants’ well-being and the nature of Camp.

RKY Camp strives to achieve a 5:1 camper-to-counsellor ratio in our summer camp programming, as well as a strong commitment to 24-hour supervision. Our outdoor centre facilitation program runs at a 15:1 participant-to-facilitator ratio.
Ratios increase as dictated by the Ontario Physical and Health Education Association guidelines.
