Survey Results

RKY Camp takes part in YMCA Canada's Overnight Camp Survey (20 YMCA affiliated camps participated in 2019). We provide the link for all of our families to complete once their camper has returned home from their time at RKY Camp. The feedback we receive is invaluable and drives much of our planning and training leading into each camp season.

Here are some highlights from our 2019 Summer Camp Season at RKY:

• 1st in Overall satisfaction – 96%

• 1st in Loyalty (net promoter score) - 91%

• 1st in Cabins, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities – 93%

• 3rd in Program outcomes -94%

• 1st in Communication – 95%

• 1st in Food service – 93%

• 1st in Counselor satisfaction – 96%

• 1st in "Felt included" - 95%

All other categories at or above national average.
